Private Client Services -National Client Executive, Central
Marsh's Private Client Services group creates P&C insurance solutions for high net-worth clients. The National Client Executive is a senior level role that works exclusively with our largest and most sophisticated private clients ($100k+ premiums) on renewal strategy, carrier negotiation and claim management. Creativity in crafting solutions for the complex needs of our ultra HNW clientele is a must.
Responsible for maintaining and expanding a large book of business containing complex clients
Directs and implements the strategy for managed accounts, leveraging an in-depth understanding of market needs and expectations, trends and internal product/service offerings.
Keeps current on account issues, industry and market trends and develops a growth strategy for their clients.Works to ensure appropriate solutions are proposed to carriers to assist them with their business objectives
Offers advice and makes informed recommendations leveraging data and a comprehensive review of carrier needs
Works to ensure strategy is appropriate for the carriers and assists with driving implementations. Upholds business and compliance standards when representing the firm while offering customized solutions and completing proposal work.
Develops the project plan for the overall client work and monitors progress ensuring timeframes are effectively planned and high-quality products or solutions successfully delivered.
Responsible for maintaining and preserving relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing and preserve credibility.
Collaborates with senior level colleagues and product specialists to identify account needs and opportunities to determine potential services, products and combinations that will best serve and address carrier business objectives.
Maintains strong relationships with senior level professional counterparts in client organizations.
Participates frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company as a thought leader.
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
CPCU, CIC or CPRIA designation highly preferred
Expert level knowledge of private client insurance contracts
10+ years of experience in a service related role working with ultra High Net Worth clientele in the P&C insurance space
Creatively tackle complex and sophisticated P&C private client insurance solutions
Strong presentation skills in front of affluent clients and their other advisors
Superior negotiation skills working with Marsh's carrier partners during renewal and claims
Collaborative approach in working with clients and internal colleagues
P&C insurance license required
