We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of pharmacy consulting experience, with a focus on financial evaluation of PBM contracts. This position will be responsible for:
Managing junior team members
Project management of RFPs and other ad-hoc projects, including management of some client relationships as the day to day contact
Evaluating and peer-reviewing financial evaluation of PBM offers, formulary disruption, network disruption, RFP responses and plan design changes
Escalating issues between clients and PBMs and bringing them to resolution
Helping support the PBM collectives that Mercer manages
Creating presentations and final deliverables to clients
* Delivering final results and presenting to clients.
The Pharmacy Associate will have some direct client relationships to manage and will also be part of larger teams depending on project/client size. Requirements include:
- Must be a team player and willing to take on challenging analyses.
- 3-5 years ofpharmacy consulting experience
- A strong financial acumen
