Operations Specialist I (Auto-ID)
Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients from receipt through processing and fulfillment of Auto ID Card requests. Typically processes Auto ID cards for less complex (limited special handling instructions) renewals and ad hoc requests. Has a solid understanding of the Auto ID team practices and a general understanding of Marsh services. Consistently: capable of processing expected Auto ID card volume/requests, maintains an acceptable quality rating, compliance and productivity percentage.
- Issue high quality Auto ID cards as requested and per state regulations. The specialist must review the request, clarify any unclear instructions, and notify the requestor of any instructions that do not comply with state regulations. This task requires management guidance and updates to state regulations.
- Utilize all necessary computer applications specific to the job to effectively and efficiently complete requests and ensure compliance with Centralized Services and Auto ID Team practices. This can include the need for a vehicle upload, mail merge, claims kits creation, transmittal letter creation, and DMV reporting. The specialist must issue quality cards and distribute as expected via email, fax, FedEx, or USPS. This task requires direction from the Team Lead, Supervisor, and Manager.
- Fulfill client requests within pre-defined SLA requirements. Specialists must be aware of queued rush and regular requests at all times. The Team Lead will manage the workflow to ensure cards are issued within an acceptable timeframe.
- Comply with all defined policies and procedures of Centralized Services and the Auto ID Team, including but not limited to email, work hours, chain-of-command, timesheets, signing in and out, and attending internal meetings and conference calls. This task requires management review.
