Marketing Coordinator

• Input data into management system and creates applications • Prepares supplemental applications including Excel statement of values, driver' lists, etc. • Helps prepare submission for carriers • Tracks and documents the progress of submissions • General administrative duties to include setting up files, labeling and saving documents, scanning and attaching files in the system • Helps prepare proposals for presentations • Loss summaries • Does online quoting on applicable lines of coverage with all carriers • Helps with carrier website administration • Coordinates with Producer/Carrier to conduct inspections on new business • Continually develop insurance knowledge through, training sessions and continuing education programs • Helps identifies client rounding and cross-selling opportunities for other lines of coverage • Meet with Director of Marketing and insurance company underwriters to learn carrier appetites • Performs other duties as as
