SUMMARY

The Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for, everyday maintenance, ongoing evaluation and troubleshooting of MMA's learning management systems. This involves curating content within an existing library of content, training LMS administrators, defining permissions, and issue resolution for our users. This role will involve data entry, reporting and data analytics and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage LMS content: import new content, archive outdated content, monitor/maintain content updates, perform quality assurance on new content to ensure functionality
  • Curate appropriate content within an existing and expanding content libraries
  • Documenting processes and troubleshooting resolutions
  • Manage relationships with external content providers ensuring seamless integrations
  • Liaising with our internal subject matter experts and insurance carriers to assess appropriate content and uploading that content
  • Enable permissions for users while troubleshooting permission issues
  • Train new administrators and serve as primary point of contact for our regions as they utilize system
  • Support content owners on LMS functionality and processes (as needed)
  • Provide technical support for webinars and tracking attendance (as needed)
  • Report on relevant information for management and local administrators
  • Work with venders to assess new technologies and technology/functionality upgrades and provide recommendations to leadership


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years' experience in learning analytics and/or learning technologies
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Workday/ Workday Learning experience is preferred
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting across multiple time zones
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Intrinsically motivated to go above and beyond
  • Tech savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
