Investment Management Specialist

The purpose of this job is providing investment analysis for theU.S. Delegated Solutions team focusing on delivering high quality analysis of subadvisor performance, portfolio construction and asset allocation. Conducts quantitative analysis by developing and maintaining analytical reports including relevant data, charts, summary views and detailed analysis. Investment functions involve ongoing performance and risk exposure analysis for relevant investment strategies, due diligence on existing and potential managers and investment strategies, strategic research on key investment-related topics, and assisting, in a limited way, with both client service and new client activity. In addition, some team administrative responsibilities are required. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: construction and delivery of quarterly reports for the Investment team, loading holdings into Style Analytics, aiding with proposals and helping the Sales team with pricing requests. Strong communication skills required.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-5 years relevant industry experience

• A strong desire to understand performance in the context of particular market environments

• Strong numeracy, analytical ability and technical competence

• Proficiency Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and appropriate attention to detail

• Self-motivation and a 'can do' attitude

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
