Responsible for all aspects of supporting SharePoint 2013 intranet portal and .Net application, administration, and troubleshooting. Work closely with the development team to provide support on integration of SharePoint with Workday and PeopleSoft. Work closely with server, network, and storage teams to ensure applications continue to function properly and that downtime is reduced and issues are dealt with promptly. Utilize technical expertise to contribute to the success of business driven projects and ensure that SharePoint and .Net applications are functioning effectively, while minimizing downtime and issues. Deploy application updates to test and production environments. Provide end user support by dealing directly with colleagues at all levels throughout the firm. Provide support for activities occurring during non-business hours such as infrastructure upgrades and patching. Assign service tickets to team members using CA service desk tool. Configure user profiles and properties on the server. Deploy WSP solution packages. Demonstrate knowledge of Powershell scripts. Perform trend analysis of functional and technical issues. Utilize SharePoint troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, SharePoint designer, and SharePoint manager. Apply knowledge of disaster recovery procedures for SharePoint as well as .Net applications. Deploy database technologies including SQL and Oracle. Utilize SharePoint 2016.
