Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager position at Mercer in both a strategic partner to key business and sales leaders in the U.S. market, and the driver of marketing execution for all locally driven program elements as a part of the U.S. Field Marketing Team.

The position requires an experienced, innovative B2B marketer with demonstrated skills in successfully developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with varied senior stakeholders, driving effective event management, championing brand standards and stewardship, and aligning marketing activity to business priorities and goals. This role works in close partnership with business and sales leaders to advise and drive multiple geography marketing plans while aligning to National and Global initiatives. Part of a collaborative field marketing team, this role is involved across several functions in marketing is responsible for driving strategy and decision making as well as overseeing execution of events, e-mail, 3 rd party partnerships, and conferences for the market. Strong sales partnership, automated marketing systems experience, and a data-driven approach preferred.
