The Field Auditor performs onsite health claim audits on behalf of our clients. While based in either our Los Angeles, CA or Richmond, VA offices, you may reside anywhere in the US. As a Field Auditor one ensures that the claims administrators are in compliance with the client's contracted benefits plan. To fulfill this role, you will:
- Evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of a claims administrator's performance on behalf of the client.
- Review claims information selected as part of the audit sample for a pre-determined period of time to verify the following information. The claims information includes eligibility, calculations, payments and other pertinent data.
- Document audit notes and follow up appropriately on any errors or questions.
