Employee Benefits Account Executive

Marsh & McLennan Agency is currently seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive in their Dallas office. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining quality client service supporting Employee Benefits accounts through working with the clients, carriers, third-party administrators and production teams. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, insurance carriers and administrators
  • Participate in client, prospect and carrier meetings
  • Communicate and articulate the traditional and self-funded benefit platforms
  • Manage service agreements to ensure the service platform is fulfilled with assigned clients
  • Independently on-board new clients, including enrollment meetings, claims reviews and other meetings as necessary
  • Understand and seek resolution
  • Implement and coordinate wellness strategies
  • Set up new users and clients on software and technology platforms; develop documented process for introducing new clients to proprietary technology and software offerings
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and innovation based on knowledge of markets, carriers and products for the best interests of the client
  • Review both new policies and renewal policies received to confirm information and coverages are accurate
  • Review, negotiate and market renewals 90-120 days prior to the renewal
  • Strategically manage accounts to retain a minimum of 93% of business year over year
  • Actively manage client stewardship process, pre-renewal process, final renewal delivery
  • Update and maintain data integrity with all client related information in the agency management systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
