Job Overview:

As a member of the Digital Marketing Impact Team, you will report directly to the Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager and create, execute, and report on digital channel distribution of Intellectual Capital (IC), News, and Events campaigns. You should have strong organizational skills and demonstrated written and visual storytelling expertise. The successful candidate will also have experience with content management systems, social media publishing and reporting tools, and creating multimedia content for social media and digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Marketing colleagues to develop compelling, creative social media assets which support global campaigns
  • Lead efforts to engage followers and establish community of Oliver Wyman influencers on key platforms
  • Develop and host strategic conversations around key topics of interest to Oliver Wyman
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools and recommend new innovations for Oliver Wyman social efforts
  • Help develop website landing pages that support social media efforts and contribute to special digital projects
  • Prepare monthly global performance reports and assist with campaign performance reports
  • Research and prepare regular competitive analysis and audience profile reports
  • Create and manage running calendar of internal and external events and report launch dates
  • Provide social media support for Marketing team events on site and remotely
  • Support social media collaborations among MMC operating companies & Oliver Wyman Group subsidiaries
  • Assist with social media tool administration and general day-to-day administrative tasks


Qualifications
Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred
  • 3+ years of social media/digital marketing experience with major social media channels LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and others
  • Experience implementing and working with global social media platforms like Social Studio, LinkedIn Elevate a plus
  • Experience with global marketing
  • Experience producing content for different channels including PR, social media, and web
  • Project management and high volume campaign scheduling experience
  • Experience in management consultancy and/or professional services preferred

Technical Skills:
  • Proven success in using website and social media publishing and analytics tools
  • Photography and videography skills a plus
  • Familiarity with some or all: HTML, Adobe Experience Manager, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, PhotoShop and Salesforce Social Studio
