Defined Contribution Plan Analyst
Provide administrative support to Defined Contribution Plan Sponsors for the administration and compliance of their qualified and nonqualified plans.The position requires knowledge of recordkeeping and administrative services required for qualified and nonqualified plans. You will support a team of consultants and must be able to work collaboratively in a high paced environment for the delivery of consulting and non-recordkeeping administrative and compliance services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required 3-4 years
- Qualified Plan/Trust administration experience preferred
- Basic understanding of ERISA, pension, trust and securities industries preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint required
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Independent self-starter who thinks proactively
