Associate Client Executive

The Associate Client Executive with Marsh is responsible for:

Training, mentoring, and overseeing performance management for a department or small unit, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.

May have financial responsibility for the department or small unit.

Utilizes detailed risk expertise to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.

Monitors the retention of business and generates new business.

Helps establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitors implementation.

Ensures the success of relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.

Serves as a client contact and responds to more complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.

Serves as a thought leader within the organization and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.

Manages client service team and delivers resources and expertise to client.

Responsible for maintaining and expanding a large book of business containing complex risks in various industries or specialties.

Keeps current on account issues, industry and market trends and develops growth strategy for targeted accounts, industries or specialties to ensure appropriate solutions are marketed and proposed.

Offers technical advice and makes informed recommendations leveraging product expertise, a comprehensive review of account needs and risks and colleagues with various appropriate specialties.

Responsible for maintaining and preserving relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing and preserve credibility.

Maintains strong relationships with senior level professional counterparts in client organizations.

Attends and participates frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant markets.
