Associate Advisory Specialist
Coordinate with Marsh global network to assist in the implementation of international insurance programs for General Products Liability, Auto Liability, Excess Casualty, Property, FINPRO and Marine coverages. Provide advisory assistance regarding international insurance issues such as coverage details, international program design, contract review, claims handling, and local policy issuance. Support the delivery of client advisory service and transactions. Act as multinational insurance advisor to smaller, less complex accounts, including developing solutions for standard client needs utilizing risk expertise and knowledge of industry/insurance market place to check program submissions, review clients' exposures and losses. Create Renewal Strategy and Submission documents for clients. Provide guidance to clients on the services provided by carriers and their alignment to client requirements and their global footprint. Liaise with Placement Specialists to obtain the most appropriate insurance provider for clients. Analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis to senior level advisors regarding pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons, and financing. Identify differences against expiring, claims made, surplus lines, and subjectivities, loss projections, and cash flows. Prepare proposal components including analysis of pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendation. Support achievement of business goals and Requests For Proposals (RFPs) through research and document preparation. Responsible for execution of clients' binding instructions, such as delivery of binder, Binder Transmittal Letter via MART, and policy delivery. Coordinate follow-up on coverage changes with underwriters. Support and assist with the design, development, and marketing of new insurance and risk products. Keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
