SUMMARY

Provide support to the Commercial Lines Department which includes independent performance of certain support duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for daily support surrounding accounts within the Commercial Department including, but not limited to:

• Issuing and managing certificates of insurance

• Complete applications

• Transmission of information to clients and insurance companies

• Auto ID Cards

• Change Requests

• Endorsement delivery

• Preparing pre-renewal information

• Completing binders and schedules of insurance

• Simple Invoicing

• Data information entry into Sagitta

• Working as directed with outside vendor services

• Ordering MVRs

• Ordering Flood determinations

• Maintaining internal client SOV, historical, vehicle/driver schedules or other related schedules outside of Sagitta

• Other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or preferably, college degree

• 2 years of experience in insurance business as a technician preferred

•Property/Casualty Agent's/Broker's license-Preferable

•Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
