University and Corporate functions Recruiter-1 year contract

The challenge

Through this opportunity you'll be able to make key contributions in strategizing and ensuring successful hiring practices for Adobe's intern and graduate hiring in Bucharest. You will be helping students and new grads start their career in the software space, while also driving hiring for our corporate functions in Bucharest.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with engineering managers to create hiring strategies and drive successful execution for our tech internship programs and corporate functions
  • Own and drive 20-25 active requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time
  • Identify, screen and present exceptional diverse talent pools
  • Influence & guide hiring leaders to leverage best practices in hiring
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to leaders and stakeholders as needed
  • Position Adobe as an employer of choice by building relationships with tech universities and attending student events and fairs
  • Manage intern performance evaluations and conversions
  • Partner closely with allied HRBPs, Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support


What You Need To Succeed
  • A min. of 2 years experience as a tech recruiter or a 3 years recruiting experience in other industries
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Great project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers to consult and influence
  • Passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and candidates
  • Interpersonal skills must include excellent oral and written communication skills and a focus on customer service.
  • The candidate must have a business focused attitude with good judgment and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must be a team player and also able to self-start and work independently.
