UI Group Product Manager

Advertisers face an increasingly complex and fragmented landscape, with legacy silos for media planning and buying across TV and digital. Coupled with the proliferation of devices and massive amounts of data, media investment has become unwieldy and complex for brands. According to the latest Adobe Digital Insights "State of Advertising" Report, 47% of global marketers said that not having an integrated data and media buying solution was one of their biggest challenges.

Adobe Advertising Cloud is the industry's first end-to-end platform for managing advertising across traditional TV and digital formats. It makes it simple to deliver video, display, and search advertising across any screen in any format. With this independent cross-channel platform, you can identify and engage the best audiences with a consistent and relevant ad experience. Adobe Advertising Cloud already manages roughly $3.5 billion in annualized ad spend on behalf of more than 1000 global clients, including Allstate, Heineken, L'Oréal, MGM and Southwest Airlines.

To enable this and provide a great experience for our customers, we are seeking a Usability Product leader who can direct and drive our investments into improved usability and user experience.

As the Group Product Manager in this highly visible role, you will have direct responsibility for managing the Ad Cloud's investments in creating a delightful user experience. This will include working directly with design, developers, research, other PMs, and end-customers to determine the best approaches simplify the user experience across a diverse set of workflows and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Lead - Bring your vision and define the product and usability strategy.

Learn - Work with cross-functional teams, across Adobe, to understand/validate market needs, competitive offerings, and system requirements.

Think - Prioritize those needs to maximize business value.

Drive product - Translate market needs into product requirements and steward execution. Collaborate with Account Management to influence product launch and introduction.

Dig in - Be responsible for the success of your product areas, ensuring they meet the success criteria of your stakeholders and have high adoption. Drive Revenue growth and Client Satisfaction (NPS) through various internal sales and client services channels.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering delightful product experiences in an Enterprise SAAS environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with all levels of staff (including executive team members)
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and to lead teams (directly and through influence)
  • Data driven and detail oriented
  • Experience working with complicated systems and across disparate teams
  • Minimum of 7+ years of product management experience
  • Structured problem solver
  • Demonstrable agile development experience
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Design or background in a strong analytic discipline
