Sr Program Manager, Global Sales Enablement, Americas

Position Overview:


As a Seasoned experienced Program Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing a Regional Sales enablement vision for training, and enablement initiatives for sales skills development across all Digital Media lines of business and go-to market strategy. Additionally, you will leading and managing a global program including the development and delivery of a sales training initiatives worldwide supporting the organizations new, growth, retention and scale initiatives and priorities.

You will join the Adobe Digital Media GTM & Sales, Global Sales Enablement Team reporting directly to the Group Manager. The charter of this team is to deliver best in class learning experiences to address the needs of our global sales professionals to upsell, cross-sell and convert Digital Media customers to purchase Adobe products and services as well as drive renewals.

This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently and where demonstration of strong communication and delivery skills will be used to engage a selling audience that may be in person or across the world. This person will have the business insight to discuss, develop and deliver sales training and enablement aligned with the organizations priority sales messaging and initiatives across all routes to market, worldwide.

Responsibilities


Americas:
  • Translate stakeholder goals and priorities into specific measurable training outcomes
  • Establish annual enablement vision and planned approach
  • Refine global programs, lead and manage it
  • Deliver annual budget forecast and resource requests and provide quarterly updates 30 days prior to each quarter end.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for Call Center related data and needs
  • Deliver communication and engagement strategy, annually, updated each quarter
  • Establish KPI and use Data Driven Operating Model approach to drive better decision-making
  • Craft a Quarterly Business Review deck


Global Program: Sales Enablement Data Driven Operating Business Model

  • Develop & deliver a new global, initiative including vision, mission, strategy, budget forecast, communication plan, DACI and specific measurable outcomes for the GSE programs and initiatives planned for the year.
  • Actively suggest alternatives for measuring outcomes and making better decisions, scale and optimize as a result of data analyzation providing the best training results. "get what you measure"
  • Develop and maintain a project plan delivered to team in a weekly meeting
  • Partner with the team to build a plan and execute it translating vision of data driven operating model into actionable frameworks for global program managers (PGM)
  • Project Lead and coordinate PGM requirements, deliverables, meetings and driving quarterly reporting cadence which communicates progress to plans, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans and next steps
  • Communicate monthly status report showcasing GSE program efficiency and training outcomes based on established KPI
  • Support co-creation of Quarterly Business Reviews to be used by PGMs, globally.
  • Actively providing program communications to manager and stakeholders using 10/5s and regularly scheduled update meetings
  • Perform outreach and discovery activities to remain focused and on top needs of our audience and validate with a vision match template. Outreach will be to the America's Sales Advisory Board, sales leaders and operations partners to ensure we are tracking to the right needs of the region and operational focus each quarter.
  • Report quarterly if outcomes are being met based on identified KPIs/outcomes
  • Optimize and lead Intake and reporting for all eSeminars globally in a clear fashion
  • Budget management of Attendease and Crawford vendors


Required Skills and Credentials

  • You are highly organized and programmatic professional who has experience devising and running similar programs.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate sales training and enablement within global hi-tech organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; leads by inspiring; enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Real passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success.
  • A real passion for Sales and a deep understanding of sales methodologies and solution selling; selling experience a plus.
  • Proven experience with adult learning principles
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop regional and global training initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of the fundamentals of learning management system, instructional design, eLearning or social learning concepts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel up to 25%+ of the time.


Education

  • BS/BA Required.
