The challenge
A blank canvas is a scary thing. With Spark, our customers never need to fear a creative roadblock! With tens of thousands of templates and ingredients, we always have their back whether they want to create a social post, flier, story, or any number of other graphics, pages, or videos.

As we grow our content and build new capabilities, we need a collaborative Sr. product manager who knows how to connect users with the right content for them, whether that is through curation, browse, search, or personalized offerings.

In this role, you'll work with your design and engineering partners to prioritize new content types, the systems to serve and administer the content, as well as integrations that will expand the value of the content across other Adobe applications.

What you'll do


  • Have a strong point of view on how to grow Spark's content capabilities by knowing what users want to create and what content we need to provide in to make this happen

  • Outline the overarching product roadmap for content by working in partnership with engineering and design

  • Drive the day-to-day product management of Spark Content, including feature definition, team assignments, and coordination with other parts of the Spark system.

  • Demonstrate and promote the value of our content infrastructure within the organization

  • Connect premium content to contextual merchandising that drives conversion and increase ongoing creation rates (engagement)

  • Work at a rapid pace, and build an environment where others are passionate about keeping up with you

  • Have fun.


What you need to succeed

  • Proven product leadership - You have built features and full products in the past. Take an idea and bring it to life in a way that exceeds customer expectations, and can help communicate that vision to a team following your lead.

  • Technical confidence - You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be able to hold your own with engineers when talking about APIs, trade offs for storage solutions, and performance.

  • Collaborative approach - Ability to drive alignment among peers in situations that require influence rather than authority

  • Energetic attitude - You bring energy and enthusiasm to your job and to your team. People want to work with you, and hang out after the work is done.

  • Strong analytical abilities - An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions

  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering product value as a product manager, preferably on a content-related product.

  • Created a content system that serves a global market

  • Defined a business model based on premium content

  • Worked with one or more content management system

  • Managed a product with a public API
