The challenge

You will be responsible for managing, leading and growing a team of talented and high impact engineers, while setting the technical direction, architecture, development, quality standards, and practices for the team. We're revolutionizing the way creative professionals work by bringing cloud-based documents to products like Adobe XD and providing the tools for creatives to collaborate together. Our team is growing and you'll have the opportunity to find top talent, develop a leadership bench, and grow future leaders in the team.

What you need to succeed

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading development teams through product delivery cycles
  • 5+ years leading teams and managing people
  • Strong working knowledge of modern software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/products
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages like C, C++, Java, Objective C
  • Proficient in web technologies including JavaScript, React, React.Native or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Cloud Computing and Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure
  • Experience developing for multiple platforms - Win32, UWP, Android, iOS, MacOS
  • Strong customer Empathy & engagement
  • Demonstrated use of analytics to make data driven engineering & product decisions
