The Challenge

Adobe's solutions meet the needs of a diverse customer base that spans from consumer to enterprise. The Document Cloud is a complete portfolio of secure digital document solutions that speed business transactions through 100% digital workflows. It includes Acrobat DC and Sign services, plus web and mobile apps that integrate into your existing document processes, productivity apps, and systems.

The Role

As a Solutions Consultant for our ANZ Document Cloud enterprise business, you will be responsible for working with customers and Adobe sales professionals to understand that customer's business needs and objectives and mapping them to Adobe's solutions. You will help the customer to understand how Adobe's solutions will work in the real world, using presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the context of these solutions in the customer's daily work stream. As part of this process, you will build technical relationships with prospects and customers. In this role, you will be a critical part of our sales organization by driving sales with your technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability, and superior customer focus. You will also assist in developing business value propositions around Adobe DC solutions and participate as part of a sales team to deliver and exceed revenue targets.

Your principal job responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical, functional, and domain expertise to our sales team and customers
  • Creating and delivering technical product demonstrations, presentations, and technology proofs
  • Helping to drive the adoption of Document Cloud Services within strategic accounts moving current installations from departmental to enterprise-wide deployments
  • Working with Sales Professionals in a consultative approach to identifying and solving business problems
  • Supporting and contributing to both RFI and RFP process from enterprise accounts
  • Establishing and growing relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization
  • Traveling to customer sites (could be up to 40%)
  • Quickly learning new technologies and translating the features of a range of products into business benefits and value
  • Adapting as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company direction
