Senior Retention Manager, Adobe.com

As a Senior Retention Manager for Adobe.com, you will be responsible for building the strategy and driving key initiatives to optimize a multi-billion-dollar business for a global SaaS company. This is a global role that spans key customer segments, businesses and products, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Rush. You will play a meaningful role on one of the high visibility teams at Adobe.

As we build out this critical function, we are looking for a self-starter who is ready to tackle a new and growing challenge. Your critical thinking and analytical skills will help find opportunities for growth, and it doesn't stop there. As a natural leader, you will collaborate with product, analytics and marketing teams to deliver on growth opportunities and get stuff done. Your drive for results will ensure we beat quarterly targets and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build deep insights at a product level and find opportunities for growth in key areas of the customer journey, that will help drive customer retention
  • Drive testing roadmap across surfaces based on analytical insights, generated by partnering closely with Retention Analytics teams
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to optimize communication strategy and ensure a perfect customer experience after cancellation, and what we can do to "winback" customers
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop requirements for new product initiatives based on deep understanding of our customers and the customer experience
  • Prioritize initiatives, ensuring teams are passionate about activities that will generate the highest value to Adobe
  • Lead a team of experts across marketing, product, ecommerce, and analytics functions to drive initiatives that lead to ARR growth
  • Deliver on quarterly growth targets
  • Break down barriers through exceptional relationship-building to ensure that progress is being made and objectives are met
  • Partner with global teams to ensure best practices are shared and initiatives are rolled out globally where applicable
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop a strategic framework and build an operating model to deliver sustainable growth


Qualifications/Experience

  • BS/BA with 8+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience, MBA preferred
  • Understanding of online business models and how to test and optimize the customer experience to deliver results
  • Self starter, exhibiting great leadership in moving initiatives forward across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving - you must love data, and asking the question "why"
  • The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
  • Great sense of humor
