The Challenge

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be in charge of selling our Digital Media (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) offerings in your territory. This is a key growth area of Adobe portfolio and you will be part of a strong team of Enterprise Sales, Product Specialists and Solutions Consultants. You will report into a Sales Manager within Adobe Digital Media Enterprise Sales and will carry a personal quota.

What you'll do

In charge of selling our Digital Media (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, including Adobe Stock and Adobe Sign) offerings, you will have to:

  • Define and manage your strategy on a set of accounts
  • Grow existing business through rigorous business management execution
  • Develop new business using new Adobe strategic offerings such as e-signature (Adobe Sign) and Creative Asset Market Place (Adobe Stock)
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships to top-decision-makers at C-levels and functional levels
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
  • Prospect and develop new and existing accounts
  • Build, maintain and convert pipeline
  • Coordinate multi-functional team to sign multi-year strategic enterprise agreements
  • Build up bridges with our Digital Experience offerings within a global account strategy
  • Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression, meetings and general activity
  • Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth
  • Meet or exceed quota

What you need to succeed
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with customers, partners and within an organization
  • Strong Cross-Collaboration skills to develop ability to work as a team, helping others to succeed
  • Track record - proven performance over the last 4-5 years in Software sales
  • Go to market - creative approach in targeting and executing within given market
  • Value based selling - sell on business value, return on investment
  • Understand Adobe business model and offerings
  • Understand Customer Digital transformation initiatives and requirements
  • Agility to adapt to a transformational ecosystem
  • A good level of English is required
