The Regional Channel Manager has overall responsibility for a team of Channel Account Managers across DACH, Eastern Europe and Russia as well as driving annual recurring revenue growth through a set of directly managed designated Partners.
The individual will be responsible for the setting and tracking of goals across the team in addition to assisting in defining and shaping the channel strategy in DACH, Eastern Europe and Russia.
In this role, you will own the planning and execution for Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Demand Generation. We expect you to be accountable for developing and maintaining a pipeline of Net New opportunity and maintain a high level of recurring renewal business to overachieve your quarterly sales quota.
What you'll do
Work with Partners' Executives - specifically C-Suite, as well as your own team, to build the strategic directions of partners' Adobe business
Work with your team to drive product adoption and awareness of Adobe products at the same time as increasing customer satisfaction
Manage and track business metrics for Adobe's Creative Cloud & Document Cloud business (incl. Adobe Stock and Adobe Sign)
Maximize Partner Net new opportunity and revenue generation by managing all activities associated with pipeline management, sales coaching, forecasting and connected reporting
Define and develop the strategy to grow the partner ecosystem by finding and onboarding new partners
Use a virtual team of specialists to drive enablement, sales and marketing activities
Use MDF funds effectively and Adobe Marketing assets with a high level of return on investment
Align effectively in an EMEA matrix organization
What you need to succeed
You'll need to be sales-focused with a history of exceptional results. Succeeding as a great teammate in a multi-channel model is critical to your success, as is your ability to deal with change and ambiguity daily.

You will be a clear and genuine communicator, with excellent relationship building skills. We expect you to build trust and credibility with all levels of individuals, inside and outside of Adobe
Preparing and implementing new business models and trading dynamics will be a key part of growing your business and as such, you'll need to demonstrate that your ability to engage at C-Suite
You will have experience in driving sales teams to deliver results, as well as to challenge the team to think creatively.
