The Challenge


Be a conduit for Sales and Operations to identify roadblocks and project manage improvements that will increase operational efficiencies and sales enablement. Partner with the Program Manager on conducting trainings and building out training materials for both sales and operations.

What you'll do

  • Process Design and Improvement

Work closely with the product managers and engineering to improve our current technology stack to enable operational success for more seamless reporting and billing Project Manage Salesforce: Work closely with Sales on SFDC data inputs and credit check funneling Implements growth planning initiatives in collaboration with the Program Manager based on feedback from sales managers by identifying levers and metrics that will best track and accelerate progress toward goal achievement
  • Revenue analysis and reporting:

Track and manage the performance of Adobe's largest advertiser partners, analyze current channel, vertical, and sub-vertical performance and identify levers for driving revenue growth, support sales strategies and client recommendations based on robust analysis of user and advertiser behavior Work with sales on quarterly churn analysis
  • Business Insights:

Lead and conduct impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical/sub-vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness Develop operational and financial models (forecasting, capacity planning, etc.)

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Implements efficiency planning initiatives in collaboration with sales managers by identifying levers and metrics that will best track and accelerate progress toward goal achievement
  • PMP Certification
