The challenge

Organizations everywhere are undertaking critical digital transformation strategies to engage their connected customers with meaningful experiences. This mission requires an exponential increase in timely, highly personalized content. It also requires a sea change for business processes. To be successful, companies need to build, remix and publish content faster than ever, while changing how employees and customers engage with contracts and other documents. Adobe Document Cloud is the foundation for this digital transformation.

You will be working with the Americas practice leader in a highly agile and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with Enterprise customers to enable license onboarding and provide support with troubleshooting and solutioning desktop software deployment.

What you'll do

  • Lead all aspects of a portfolio of Americas accounts including delivery templates, methodology and go-to-market
  • Lead the delivery team on a day-to-day basis, maintain the project plan, and oversee the delivery process to keep projects on track (e.g., deliverables, resources, and costs)
  • Elevate and inspire your team through effective partnership
  • Maintain communication with customer and internal teams, from engineering teams to C-level executives
  • Continually manage customer expectations and project scope while mitigating risks
  • Help customers build capabilities and handle change
  • Apply Adobe's consulting methodology and drive continuous improvements in our processes
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined scope and successful realization of key business objectives and metrics
  • Grow as a leader in one of the most exciting and multifaceted technology fields today

What you need to succeed
  • 3-6 years of experience leading client-facing projects in a consulting and/or technology professional services organization
  • Experience building delivery templates and methodology
  • Experience as a program manager in a top-tier consulting firm preferred
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree or project management certification preferred
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit!
  • Strong executive presence, including ability to partner with and effectively influence client managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs
  • Experience with creative workflows
  • Experience with Enterprise software deployment tools
  • Creative problem solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
  • Proven organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability absorb new concepts quickly
  • Upbeat personality!
  • Familiarity with Adobe's three cloud solutions preferred
  • Experience with one or more of the following preferred: technology/software/SAAS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including managing Agile projects), technology project management and governance
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
