The Challenge


As customers of Adobe Analytics are maturing their reporting and analytics practices to understand and explore the full customer experience, Adobe Analytics is evolving to meet those needs. Adobe Analytics' Product Management team is looking for a market and business expert in combining cross-channel data sets, and who uses their expertise to identify key business opportunities that align with fundamental customer problems. A successful product manager will drive alignment across many teams to achieve success. This product manager will work with a deeply skilled and hardworking software development team in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and Adobe solution teams to allow customers to analyze cross-channel behavior in Adobe Analytics
  • Guide engineers in deciding how to prioritize and actively prune feature development, especially when choosing which features from the tradition Analytics system should be ported to the new system
  • Investigate and identify high value cross-channel datasets and use cases to use with Adobe Analytics data
  • Understand and articulate common, foundational customer problems in the area of cross-channel data
  • Build and drive a strategy to solve those problems with other product managers, engineering managers, and business leaders
  • Train sales, support and consulting teams in how to sell, troubleshoot and leverage the new technology being developed.


Requirements

  • Deep experience querying and combining Adobe Analytics data with other data sets
  • Experience in product management or similar role preferred
  • MBA or master's degree, preferred
  • Knowledge of or expertise in SQL and data warehouses, preferred
  • Expertise in marketing and/or BI software market
