The Role

  • The position is a part of Digital Learning Evangelism team
  • Presentations - Voice of Adobe. Presentations are a big part of this job. You will be the voice and face of our products and solutions to both small and large audiences, live & online. This role is responsible for representing the product at various industry conferences & user group events.
  • Customer demos & interactions - This includes working directly with customers, build executive level demonstrations, and joining sales and consulting to implement concepts and solutions within customer environments, and delivering case studies that the company can reference in sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Product Launches - Work very closely with PMM on GTM strategy, plan and execution through value oriented messaging
  • Sales Enablement - Leads all partner and direct sales enablement programs given your deep product and solutions expertise, Translation
  • Content development - Responsible for content strategy and production to support product launches, sales & marketing campaigns
  • Social Media Engagement - Grows and engages with community at large both via Community forums, and social media channels. Blogs, Tweeting, attending social events, and other evangelist efforts are needed to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be an industry brand in this space, or quickly becoming one.
  • Analyst relations - Along with PMM, represents the product in front of Analyst to gain favourable attention and ratings
  • Market Requirements Documents - Voice of customer. This includes participation in roadmap and strategy sessions, leading proof of concept and lighthouse case studies, and beta interaction for solutions and early stages of products.


Responsibilities:

• This position, part of the Marketing team, will work side-by-side with product marketing, product management and engineering teams to collaborate on Elearning tools & technologies, representing the product team in front of customers, sales, and market overall.

• This includes participation in roadmap and strategy sessions, leading proof of concept and lighthouse case studies, and beta interaction for solutions and early stages of products.

• This position teams up with marketing and sales to provide deep product and solution expertise. In this role you will identify key value areas for technologies and solutions, build executive level demonstrations, create demo frameworks as repeatable solutions for sales, work with product marketing to create value oriented messaging, and jointly enable the sales, consulting, and support teams.

• This role is responsible for representing the product at various industry conferences & user group events

Requirements

• Industry recognition

• A solid understanding of Elearning tools & Learning Management Systems, solutions, and best practices

• Applied experience in creating, and implementing elearning content & programs

• With Corporate training background with at least 8-12 years of experience in learning technologies

• Strong presentation creation skills with proven examples.

• Proven track record of public presentations.

• Experience working with product management and engineering teams.

• Experience working with senior management in customer engagements.

• Experience working with sales teams.

• Ability to travel at least 30%.

• Experience leading projects and working autonomously.

• Passion for Learning technologies

• Special consideration for direct experience with Learning management systems
