The challenge


As the Head of Cloud Advisory for Customers within AEM Engineering, you will establish strategic relationships with our global customers and prospects, provide advice and recommendations to the technical C-suite, and represent the technical voice of AEM Cloud in the market.

This role will be the executive technical face of all things AEM/Adobe Digital Experience. You will be the voice of the customer, leveraging insights gained from working with external customers, align and influence roadmaps and product development plans across Adobe Product and Engineering teams, improving and enhancing AEM Cloud's offerings as a whole and having an industry wide impact.

In this role, you will also be working closely with field facing and operational teams within Adobe to activate the Adobe Cloud delivery model from field to customers. Your responsibilities also include white boarding sessions with CxOs, advocating for emerging transformation in the experience space as a keynote presenter, deep diving with internal Engineering teams on the key use cases for a given customer. AEM being a large portion of DX at Adobe, this role will be leading an all Adobe technical working team through a critical engagement with a global brand CIO/CMO as needed. You will be comfortable on stage, in the meeting room, or in private consultation as a trusted adviser, and possess strong communication skills, patience, and a dedication to follow through, inspiring confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with global companies as their Adobe technical executive/advisor.
  • Identify AEM cloud and migration related design/development/deployment friction points from the customers' perspective and work through solutions with cross functional teams.
  • Work with customers and partners to define joint initiatives and co-create their transformation roadmap.
  • Tell the Adobe innovation story and help translate it into actionable steps global companies can take towards adoption.
  • Collaborate across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of Adobe to the customer


What you'll need to succeed

  • A proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers within Enterprise Sales, Technical sales, partner management or services organization.
  • Passionate about delivering the best-in-class customer experience through customer interactions/services, with a keen eye for excellence and simplicity
  • Ability to spot industry trends. Ability to evaluate competitive and complementary technologies and the flexibility to incorporate external innovations into Adobe's products.
  • A sense of urgency combined with infectious enthusiasm to drive our vision.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen in solving complex business challenges and be very comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategy & alignment
  • Minimum of 10 years of customer facing leadership experience
  • Masters in Business/Engineering
