Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering delightful and helpful marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and efficient marketing programs.

In this highly visible role, you'll drive the customer engagement lifecycle marketing strategy for Adobe Document Cloud business. Your challenge is to lead in planning, building and execution of scalable, predictable and repeatable programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer retention. You'll be accountable for marketing channels including email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Go to Market Business Unit, Display, Search, and Web teams.


Responsibilities

  • Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization
  • Drive multiple growth experiments per quarter to achieve business targets
  • Build positive relationships and interact with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
  • Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs
  • Establish a framework that prioritizes Lifecycle marketing initiatives by business impact and scalability
  • Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact
  • Lead email and in-product strategy, calendaring, execution and measurement
  • Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
  • Build out new initiatives at scale that drive incremental ARR and MAU while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization


Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced personalization and email marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Advanced analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends and pursuing the right questions to take action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency


Experience

  • 7+ year's experience, MBA or BA/BS degree
  • Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model
  • Extensive experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation
