We are looking for a seasoned backend Java/full-stack developer to join the Adobe Document Cloud Web Engineering team. The position is based in our headquarters in San Jose, CA, but Newton, MA location will also be considered.
Embrace continuous improvement and agile development processes
Participate in story mapping, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews on a two-week cadence
Deliver regular increments of potentially shippable functionality on time with high quality
Take responsibility for each other's success
What you'll do:
Look for ways to continually improve the product and process, with a keen interest in improving the end-to-end user experience of the Document Cloud Web product.
Review each other's work and hold team members accountable for high code quality standards
Work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
What you need to succeed:
BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of Java and API microservices, especially Spring framework
Strong understanding and experience with web technology
Experience with CI/CD
Experience developing on cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
Experience working with API-based microservices
Passion for learning new tools and technologies
Willingness to embrace agile development methodologies such as scrum
