Role: Enterprise Marketing Manager, Central EMEA (12 months maternity cover)

The challenge

The role of the Enterprise Marketing Manager, Central EMEA, is to manage and lead the planning and execution of relevant marketing programs in Central Europe for driving demonstrable impact on Adobe's business growth in the region. This includes:

  • Understanding local market, customer dynamics and our offers
  • Creating regional marketing plans and managing local budget
  • Working closely with the local sales, solution consultants and customer success managers to develop and execute marketing programmes that are aligned with business objectives
  • Executing global and EMEA programs in the local markets while working with the EMEA and Central Europe Marketing teams


The Central Region is the second largest in EMEA and is going through a period of rapid growth. You will be at the heart of building one of Adobe's most important markets via targeted marketing campaigns.

What you'll do
  • Successfully develop and execute marketing strategies and programs, increase business impact & implement improvements
  • Work with sales teams (incl. pre- und post-sales) in the local market to understand market needs and translate them into actionable programs, leveraging our EMEA and global programs
  • Optimize all activities across the funnel and ensure correct lead follow-up with respective stakeholders in Sales
  • Develop active use and adoption programs for dedicated segments and key accounts, aligned to the EMEA and region-specific marketing strategy
  • Lead the creation and execution of local marketing activity including content creation, communication materials and events (e.g. webinars)
  • Creation and management of sales enablement materials and activities


What you need to succeed

We need someone wanting to make a difference and be part of a winning team that isn't afraid to maximize the market opportunity. The successful candidate will be competent at working with both marketing and sales teams, feels comfortable in a matrixed team environment, understands B2B marketing and is able to cooperate well with colleagues both within and outside the team to get things done. Core skills include:
  • Knowledge of B2B customers in DACH regarding demand, upsell and active use marketing programs
  • Passion and understanding for pipeline & lead management as well as follow-up processes with the constant drive to optimize and scale
  • Viewed as a credible partner to Sales
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure
  • Ability to influence peers through collaborative working - both, in region and across EMEA
  • Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and impactful marketing campaign execution


Education & relevant experience
  • BA/BSc Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience working in B2B marketing, ideally in a related field
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering impactful marketing programs including pipeline management
  • Budget Management
  • German native speaker / English fluent
  • Excellent MS Office skills
