The Opportunity


Adobe is building its first-ever Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition team. Be a part of creating an even more inclusive environment for one of the Best Places to Work companies! We're looking for a Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead, who will orchestrate recruiting-focused programs to attract, recruit and excite candidates from all backgrounds. This role will play a critical and visible part in developing unique, targeted sourcing strategies, as well as enabling the talent team to successfully tap diverse candidate pools. The Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead will advise and lend their expertise in addressing challenges that hinder the progress of attracting, assessing, and hiring underrepresented candidates for open positions through influence and inspiration. This position will report to the Director of Global Diversity Talent, collaborate with internal and external partners, and introduce effective practices to support our aspirational staffing goals while elevating our #AdobeforAll workplace through change agent leadership!

What you'll Do

  • As a D&I advocate, you will enable hiring managers and the talent team to be involved, committed and accountable to ensuring a fair and equitable recruiting experience for all
  • Build, lead and maintain sourcing practices across a range of programs/events in partnership with Talent Partners, Talent Scouts, Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and others to attract a broad and wide candidate pool regardless of background
  • Enable recruiting teams to successfully source/recruit talent that align with D&I strategies and aspirational goals to increase balanced people representation across the business through focused sourcing techniques and strategies
  • Define clear program and training roadmaps, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program
  • Promote D&I change agents and champions across all of Adobe
  • Deliver an At Adobe, You Matter candidate experience for all applicants
  • Candidate referral follow-up from Workday and event/program participation leads through shared partnership with the global Talent team
  • Develop effective benchmarks and metrics for measuring and assessing D&I TA program impact, talent team engagement, candidate experience and hiring effectiveness
  • Report progress to TA council members and the leadership team


What you need to succeed

  • Relevant sourcing or recruiting experience (ideally 7+ years)
  • Program management experience leading multiple programs from start to finish with a particular focus in D&I event programming
  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insights expertise to lead change and influence behaviors
  • Boolean sourcing expertise
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM and other related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)
  • Think beyond today's challenges, anticipates future potential obstacles and addresses issues proactively
  • Effective collaboration skills, capable of driving right outcomes, pushing back, and offering creative solutions to various business challenges
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
