The Challenge

Our Employee Experience team is accelerating development for employees across Adobe. As an Org Effectiveness Partner, you will be the key consultant for employee and executive development for Cloud Technology and Corporate Functions, providing senior leader development, change management and team effectiveness expertise, tailored to the specific needs of the organization.

In this role, you will own design and delivery of leader and team effectiveness engagements and initiatives to meet the needs of leaders and teams. You will work closely with the VP Employee Experience Partner for Cloud & Corporate (as a member of the leadership team) as well as the global Business Partners, Talent Development and Talent Management teams to drive business impact. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop balanced solutions to complex, long-term opportunities facing the business.

What you'll do

· Provide leadership development expertise and consultation to the business to help determine best-fit solutions to organizational and leadership issues

· Design, plan and deliver engaging experiences for senior leaders that enable them and their teams to move their business forward.

· Cultivate a positive relationship with Employee Experience Business Partners, Global Talent Development, Talent Management and the business leaders by understanding business issues and how they translate into people strategy and concrete measures/tracking of impact.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. BPs and leaders on change management, team effectiveness and leadership development.

· Define, design and facilitate virtual, live or blended sessions tailored to the business needs.

· Partner to support the effective and efficient integration of new senior leaders.

· Promote participation in our centralized "enterprise" Talent Development offerings.

· Serve as conduit to coaching and assessment methodologies.

· Stay abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organization effectiveness.

What you need to succeed

· Ability to develop and influence relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.

· Demonstrated skills and experience in supporting strategy implementation in a large complex organization.

· Expert consulting, design and facilitation skills.

· Strong ability to contract around roles, responsibilities, and expectations, and manage changing priorities.

· Exemplifies Adobe's values and Adobe Capabilities (Be Creative, Be Focused, Be a Leader).

Education and Experience

· Demonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment.

· Strong command of models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness. Including but not limited to; behavioral change, organizational effectiveness, emotional intelligence, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness and coaching.

· Strong personal leadership, influencing and consulting skills.

· Strong global business and financial acumen.

· Industry or consulting experience across talent initiatives (change management, organizational & learning development and HR consulting).

· Typically requires minimum of 8-12 years of related experience in Human Resources with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.


· People management or team leadership experience

· Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner

· Certified in key organizational and individual assessment instruments

· Experience of enterprise software organizations
