The Credit Manager will be required to lead a diverse portfolio of domestic direct enterprise accounts. The Credit Manager will be responsible for achieving specific corporate objectives related to delinquency, DSO, and bad debt write-offs. The Credit Manager will also regularly complete detailed customer credit reviews that will assess commercial credit risk. The Candidate will be required to work in close contact with Adobe's sales organization and conduct complex negotiations with senior leaders from our customer's organizations.
The Credit Manager will also be responsible for the development & management of a team of Credit professionals ensuring they are full trained, adhering to all policies & procedures. The Manager is expected to participate in various operational improvement opportunities within Adobe Treasury. There will be requirements for extended coverage during quarterly fiscal close periods. Some travel may be required.
What you'll do
Requires analytical skills to perform detailed financial statement analysis. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. The ability to efficiently resolve complex issues within the credit organization is highly valued. Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel. SAP & SFDC knowledge is a strong plus.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin preferred
Experience with SAP, SFDC & Microsoft Office preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High degree of accuracy & attention to detail
Candidates should possess eight years of credit experience with the majority of the time being spent working extensively with direct enterprise customers. The candidate will have a consistent track record of contributing positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving, and growing business environment. Candidate must also have the ability to collaborate with different teams, utilize strong influencing skills, and demonstrate robust communication abilities. Creating and maintaining a successful partnership with the Adobe sales team is critical for this role.
