What we do
Position Summary :
As an Engineering Manager of Adobe FrameMaker you will be responsible for directing the development of specific features and architectural improvements through all stages of the software life cycle. You will develop a team of engineers, set clear expectations for individual team members, measure results and maintain high standards of quality. Following software engineering and project management practices, you will help define feature sets according to market requirements; handle detailed development task schedules to ensure high-quality and on-time product delivery; participate in code and design reviews; closely track and run defect resolution; and actively chip in to improving the software development process. Work closely with various partners, engineering managers, senior developers, product managers, marketing and architects, to discuss projects specs, strategies and work and to ensure building and running an excellent product.
What you need in order to succeed
- 5-8 years of hands on development experience
- B.Tech / M.Tech in computer science and engineering
- Proficient C++, data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in developing desktop applications in Windows or Mac
- Excellent software design competency.
- Strong analytical skills.
