Job Description
The Opportunity:

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Commercial Account Executives to sell our market leading Marketing Engagement Platform solution into Commercial Accounts across a number of defined industries. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new logo customers for Marketo's entire suite of Marketing Engagement Platform solutions within a given France territory of Commercial Accounts in Industry verticals.
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Sell the Marketo vision to prospects supported by product demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives
  • Work closely across all Marketo business functions such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Legal & Commercial, Partners and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Delight our customers by making them successful!


Required Experience & Skills:
We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving hunter who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment :
  • Fluent French and English required
  • A proven track record of selling Business software applications deals into similar markets
  • 4+ years of on-quota transactional sales experience selling B2B applications; on-demand/SaaS, CRM, SFA, and marketing software sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in highly competitive markets
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Teamwork and good communication skills a must
  • Four-year university/college degree or equivalent experience required

En sa qualité de Responsable Comptes Commercial - EMEA, le Salarié sera responsable du développement de la Société auprès de nouveaux comptes Commercial, et devra notamment :
  • Prospecter, développer de nouveaux comptes sur toute la gamme de solutions Marketo
  • Etablir des prévisions de vente et les réaliser
  • Promouvoir la vision de Marketo auprès des prospects, supportée par des démonstrations produits, l'organisation d'évènements et autres initiatives ciblées
  • Coordonner et travailler avec un nombre important de collaborateurs
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des divisions "Customer Success", "Account Management", et "Support" pour assurer la satisfaction client
  • Satisfaire ses clients en les couronnant de succès


Compétences et expérience requises:
Nous recherchons des candidats particulièrement motivés, chasseurs souhaitant surperformer dans une rythme soutenu, en environnement très dynamique :
  • Français et anglais courant
  • Expérience prouvée de ventes de business software sur des marchés similaires
  • 4 ans d'expérience minimum en vente B2B applications; une expérience en vente on-demand/SaaS, CRM, SFA, ou marketing software sera particulièrement appréciée
  • Goøt pour les environnements très compétitifs
  • Performance et superformance prouvées
  • Capacité à évoluer en environnement mouvant et en forte croissance
  • La capacité à travailler en équipe et une bonne communication sont requises
  • Formation Bac+4/+5
