We are looking for a digital specialist to lead the APAC team as the APAC head of Digital supporting Digital Media! You will provide leadership to a group of digital specialists to build an agile and cohesive digital marketing practice.
The successful person will be responsible for bringing the best integrated digital operation that will enable the team to deliver optimal customer experience through the lifecycle journey from awareness, discovery, trial and consideration, purchase conversion, member engagement, active use, renewals through to win back programs.
This role will report directly to the APAC Senior Marketing Director, Consumer & Business, Digital Media Business
What you'll Do
- Participate as a member of the local marketing leadership team to develop the digital marketing strategy across paid and earned media, web, social, emails as well as cross-surface communication to bring about an integrated and cohesive digital experience through the customer lifecycle journey.
- Run return on investment performance media operation to meet revenue targets and drive customer growth through digital transformation, improvements and conversion rate optimization
- Increase site traffic through SEO and media improvements in conjunction with the rest of the marketing team
- Optimize customer experience to impact consideration, conversion and retention performance for both B2C and B2B businesses.
- Work in collaboration with the multiple teams to develop a holistic digital strategy across platforms and channels.
- Give counsel to segment marketing teams, country marketing teams and go-to-market functions to craft the optimal digital approach that will lead to the accurate business outcomes while being a brand ambassador for Adobe's digital reputation.
- Develop and maintain process workflows to ensure consistent execution and delivery of plans against clear targets and measures.
- Provide direction and guidance to the digital team in executing cross-channel programs that serve the business objectives
- Exercise decision-making on strategic digital projects and prioritization of new and ongoing initiatives.
- Implement digital methodology working with global and APAC teams to showcase effective usage of Adobe technology in the creative and marketing space.
- Forecast and report on delivery & business performance metrics
- Own and lead the journey to achieve the optimal customer digital experience by operating to an adaptive customer-centric marketing model using data science and AI.
What you need to succeed
- 10 plus years of experience in various subject areas of digital marketing - search marketing, display & video, social marketing, email, web and mobile.
- Proven development and implementation of digital strategy
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation process and technology
- Leadership capability to build and lead a team of digital professionals for cross-platform and multi-channel marketing.
- Possesses knowledge of eCommerce business with data-directed digital marketing skills.
- Proven experience in marketing for subscription-based product or service a plus
- Able to lead in a matrix environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to influence management at all levels
