Role Purpose:

This role will lead the optimization of plant-based packaging systems including: line control optimization, gap analysis of line design and proposals to optimize, filling, seaming, crowning, packing, palletizing/de-palletizing, and wrapping at Mark Anthony Brewing. You will work collaboratively with our plant teams to create a world class operation focusing on plant packaging system operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities & Impact:

• Oversee and manage complete packaging development process.
• Troubleshoot new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of product to determine physical characteristics of item, special handling, environmental and safety requirements, and types of materials required for packaging.
• Optimize packaging supply base for cost, lead time, quality, regionalization, standardization

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 or more years of experience
• Extensive experience in packaging systems project execution, continuous improvement, and design
• Extensive experience improving, modifying, or installing high speed filling lines
