Summary Description: Provides support for sales of complex products/applications/solutions. Uses in-depth product, technical, and industry knowledge to provide expertise to sales team and the customer through sales process. Key tasks and deliverables may include requirements gathering, assessing opportunities and solution fit, RFP and proposal creation, solutions presentation, solutions demonstration, ROI/MAVA development and delivery, relationship building with prospect, and maintenance of sales infrastructure (demo environments, knowledgebase). Key skills required include in-depth product knowledge, industry expertise, technical capabilities, presentation skills.

• Minimum 12-15 years implementation consulting, pre-sales support or related field sales experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pre-sales with consistent quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, supply chain management or related product/service specialty
• Deep domain expertise as it relates to supply chain characteristics of multiple MA targeted industries
• Deep understanding and product experience multiple MA solutions or similar/competing solutions
