Customer Service Manager

We’re looking for a stellar Customer Service Manager to come on board and continue to grow our awesome team.

As Mango’s Customer Service Manager, you’ll work to energize and engage team members and achieve incredible results for our customers. You’ll be the voice of the user, utilizing your passion for great service to maintain a high (or even perfect!) satisfaction rate. Reporting directly to our Product Development Director, you are someone who easily checks every box on the Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) checklist: you’re an effective, capable manager with a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

  • Specializes in team leadership, people management, and problem solving.
  • Develops, tracks and reports key performance measurements for the unit. Maintain 97 percent customer satisfaction score
  • Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.
  • Conduct recruiting and training.
  • Develops and implements process and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in Customer Service
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Medium-to-high technical experience
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for language learning and culture
