As a Vice President or Senior Vice President (Director) in the Infrastructure and Energy group, you will be instrumental in the execution of M&A/advisory transactions in Conventional Energy (Power) and Renewables.

As a Vice President or Senior Vice President (Director) in the Infrastructure and Energy group, you will be instrumental in the execution of M&A/advisory transactions in Conventional Energy (Power) and Renewables. You will work with the Head of Americas Advisory on Origination efforts, through developing strong relationships with financial sponsor clients (infrastructure funds, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds) and strategic clients, and understanding their mandates. You will oversee the executions teams, and act as a mentor to the pool of Analysts and Associates on the team.

We are looking for an experienced Vice President or Director with strong Power and Renewables M&A transactions' experience gained at a top tier investment bank. Your understanding of the broader infrastructure and energy sectors, strategic and collaborative approach to work, and strong interpersonal skills will help you thrive in a relationships-focused role to grow Macquarie Capital's Infrastructure & Energy M&A business. You will possess sound commercial judgement and strong presentation skills. You will have experience in leading and supervisingcomplex transactions and initiatives.
