Tech Assist Support Analyst
We are looking for an energetic customer focused individual to join our Technology Workplace team at Macquarie's New York office as a Tech Assist Support Analyst.
As an energetic customer focused individual, you will join the Technology Workplace team in our New York office. This customer facing role requires a mix of both Service Desk, Desktop Support and customer coaching skill as you operate across all aspects of Tech Assist function.
Operating as the face of technology, you'll be the first point of contact for all staff with tech queries and have an immediate impact on the service to the business. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, are able to think on your feet, have a flexible and easy-going manner, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise and work effectively with minimal supervision. You will be a confident presenter sharing your passion for technology through one-on-one coaching sessions or small group team trainings.
It is desirable for you to have;
- completed external study in a PC/IT related course
- previous experience in a Help Desk/Desktop Support role
- confidence coaching individual customers or running team training sessions.
