Based out of our Jacksonville office we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager to manage the local HR Operations team, ensuring accurate, timely and value-add delivery of responsibilities across payroll, on-boarding and HR Operations functions. The HR Shared Services team supports our global organization across 31 countries and plays an integral role in daily operations.
Based out of our Jacksonville office we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager to manage the local HR Operations team, ensuring accurate, timely and value-add delivery of responsibilities across payroll, on-boarding and HR Service Desk functions. The HR Operations team supports our global organization across 31 countries and plays an integral role in daily operations.
Your collaborative approach will be utilized as you establish strong working relationships with the HR Operations management team within the Asia region and other key stakeholders across various locations globally and across all organisational levels.
Your risk mindset approach will add value in your approach to the delivery of all HR processes as well as ensuring adherence to control standards.
Bringing your leadership ability, you will provide hands on leadership, working directly with the team and providing support to deliver better outcomes, as well as coach, mentor and develop team members.
Your drive to deliver will be required as you manage the delivery of local HR Operations projects and initiatives.
If you have a minimum of 5 years outsourcing or shared services management experience, relevant experience managing HR functions and processes, coupled with the ability to manage a large team, then we would love to hear from you!
