Our Infrastructure and Energy team has an opportunity for you to join us as Vice President to oversee the project management of its conventional generation and midstream, including LNG, and sectors of our energy principal investment portfolio across North America.

You would be based out of our Houston, TX office. You will work with our investment teams during the origination, execution and divestment of the asset. You will be responsible for working with the transaction teams in establishing an appropriate management structure at the project-level (in-house resources, consultants, etc.) and once the transaction is consummated, you'll be responsible for working with our partners to oversee construction and delivery of the asset to operation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include construction management, contract management, Workplace Health Safety & Environment /compliance management, trouble-shooting, risk and issue management. Additionally, you will likely attend asset-level Board meetings and support our Board members with information and analysis to make key decisions.

You will also have input into the financial performance of assets, helping to manage asset cash flow requirements, ensuring adhesion to initial investment projections, and working on additional creative ways to create value at the execution level across our different assets.

Along with your relevant degree in engineering and complementary studies in fields such as finance, accounting, mathematics, economics, law or engineering, you will bring to bear your 12-15 years' of experience in construction management, private equity asset management, and previous oversight of conventional energy projects.

Our team would find your exposure to energy infrastructure project management, construction management, project finance, commercial contract management (consulting, PPAs, offtake agreements, etc.) particularly interesting.
