In this position, you will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating futures documentation including customer agreements, loan agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Relying on your knowledge, you will advise the business on current regulatory frameworks and assist in facilitating transactions and addressing regulatory issues as they arise.
Additional day to day responsibilities will include:
- Advising the business and liaising with various internal departments on futures regulation and assisting with regulatory inquiries
- Remaining up to date with existing and upcoming regulations which affects the business
- Instructing and liaising with external counsel
- Reviewing associated legal opinions
- Document management and internal systems process work
To be considered for this position, you will have 5+ years of experience at a top tier law firm or financial services firm supporting a front office futures business as their legal counsel. Current NY bar admission is required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important for the role.

Salary range for this position: $171,000 - $357,500/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
