Join our expanding global Enterprise Support team as a Project Manager in the New York office.
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to join our Global Enterprise Support Projects team and gain exposure to key risk projects within the Macquarie Group.
The Enterprise Support Projects team is responsible for the governance and delivery of the Risk Management Group-wide project portfolio. Joining an experienced and expanding team, your focus will be on the delivery of strategic business process improvements, regulatory change and technology enhancement initiatives.
With prior experience as a Project Manager, ideally from a risk management or financial background, you'll bring with you an ability to plan and execute projects efficiently and successfully. Utilizing your excellent communication skills, you'll be able to relay project information to management from all business areas, as well as build meaningful peer and stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams across the wider business, including your global counterparts.
This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector with a proven track record in implementing projects covering systems implementation, process improvements, working with vendors and considering operating model impacts. Exposure to software implementation lifecycle, with prior experience and involvement in process and technology improvement projects would be advantageous.
