In this role you will be responsible for providing compensation analysis and strategy within the Americas region, while working as part of the wider Global Reward team.
Your excellent attention to detail will be required as this role is centered around in-depth data analysis, strategy and design, and providing key support to regional HR Partners, Business Leads and the broader employee population.
Bringing your first-class interpersonal skills, you will partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate positioning of base pay and total compensation. This will be further utilized as you work cross-functionally with various departments including Legal, Finance, Payroll and Tax to administer all compensation programs and arrangements.
Taking a data driven approach, you will analyze structure and provide guidance to ensure competitive market positioning in line with marketplace trends and internal budgetary considerations.
Your experience and knowledge in this space will add value as you ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the company's compensation through strategic monitoring of business conditions, legal requirements and understanding of industry best practices.
Further value will be added as you assist with the development of compensation communications and management training to educate HR, management and the broader employee population on Compensation policies, processes and practices. You'll also be required to oversee Affirmative Action Pay Equity within the US and various regulatory requirements throughout the region, as well as maintain current knowledge of environmental, legal and regulatory factors that impact compensation practices.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 5 years work experience in an accounting or compensation related role preferably in financial services.
