Client Support Analyst

Become part of an essential team within our Technology division as a Client Support Analyst within our New York office

In this integral role you will provide technology support to both trading and non-trading environments. You will be resolving issues via phone, email and in a walk-up capacity and you will be expected to provide white glove service to a wide array of stakeholders, so your strong customer service orientation and capability will be as essential to your success as your technical knowledge.

You will be able to learn and grow from working alongside experienced Support Analysts as well as the diverse range of businesses working in Macquarie'sNew Yorkoffice.

Key Skill Requirements

  • Windows 7 & 10 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.
  • Microsoft Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 365. Strong Excel experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Mobility device support: iPhones and iPads
  • Trade floor experience
A University degree or equivalent work experience and experience providing technology support to a global customer are also required for this role.
