Trial Success Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary:

We're looking for an individual who is a quick learner, highly organized, process oriented and enjoys helping others, to join our Client Success team. As our Trial Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Trial Success team and trial clients are taken care of and receive excellent support. This person will help with administrative tasks, handle client support requests, conduct QA projects, compile reports and more. You'll need to be highly communicative, incredibly organized, and flexible to keep up with this dynamic team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Trial Success Managers to help answer client inquiries and questions (predominantly email)
  • Support members of the Trial Success team in administrative duties
  • Create, monitor and distribute reports
  • Conduct basic client training over webex
  • Put together PowerPoint slides for client presentations to be used by other Trial Success team members
  • Assist in managing special projects as needed
  • Help with data entry into and other Lytx systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 year of professional experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive
  • Demonstrates strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of process flows and documentation is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with is a plus
